Greetings!  I'm new here but wanted to share my ideas too.

I'm in a very small office (five of us total), and we just moved into new office space from the owners' home.    Our business is based on egg products (chickens), so for the owners (husband & wife team) I found some charming rooster & hen wall plaques that can be part of the office decor.    

Our office space is not "up-to-speed" yet....we still have to get a furnace installed (using space heaters for the present) and plumbed for water (we "get" to stroll over to the city library to use the bathroom).    My two co-workers are "cold-blooded" and complain that their hands are cold all the time.....so I got them each some "hand warmers" like those used by hunters and ice-fishermen....I found these in the sporting goods dept of a large discount chain.    

For the "office" I bought a very neat chicken calendar, which we all can enjoy.    

As I said, it's a small office, very family-friendly.    Being in an office like this, with a definite "theme" to our business really helps!
