The ScanSnap scanner's 'one button' approach eliminates elaborate scanning applications. In addition, its 'always on' convenience, connectivity and small footprint allows the scanner to sit comfortably alongside the user at the office.
ScanSnap transforms paper into useful digital information at speeds of up to 15 pages per minute for single sided documents and 30 images per minute for double-sided documents. Multi-page documents containing colour, black and white, and text and graphic information on both sides can be processed into searchable PDF files with the bundled Adobe® Acrobat® 7.0 Standard software or can be scanned directly into Microsoft Word, Excel or PowerPoint 2003 using the bundled OCR tool ABBYY® FineReader.
