Hi me again .. I honestly do have a lot of work to do during the day ( I allow myself 15 minutes border gaps between projects to clear my head and so I can come on deskdemon!!)

I just thought you would like you know that the following website has a great online 3D Demo on how to set up your workstation, things you should look out for , body positions etc. They also have an online assesment area in which you tap in some details and they give you an assesment as to what you need to do to reduce the pain in your back etc ............ BEST PART IT'S ALL FREE!!

Hi everyone!

I hope everyone's enjoying their Friday. What is the URL? I sure could benefit from the site. My back hurts so much at times, I feel like I'm 90. I work out 5 times a week and I'm thinking I should trade some of that time in for Pilates. That helped a lot.
