Lots of companies ISO certify, particulary those in the manufacturing arena. I'll go thru my files and send you some info but be aware, ISO Certification requires through documentation of the entire quality process and it's not a simple task. from answering the phone to addressing non compliant material, the entire organization undergoes a microscopic look by an independant auditor, which by the way your company has to pay for.
the production of the Quality manual is often tossed at the Admin, and be very aware that individuals and corporations often charge BIG american bucks to produce these documents and boiler plate templates (which can be had more cheaply or even self generated) are most often going to prove ineffective for the average company.
Having nursed two companies thru ISO I have some info I can share with you but I'll need to dig it out from the remnants of the last computer crashes.
