Bellisima,

I too have met those kind of people in my working life - it amazes me how they conduct themselves at interview if they can't even converse with co-workers.

In the end I gave up trying to be nice to those that didn't deserve it and instead I learnt to give my time to others who appreciate it more.

As you say, it's their problem, not ours.
