Moving Jobs

Well I've just come back from travelling for a year and am now working at a new firm. I got took on by an agency who got me into the firm on a temporary basis but within a month I was offered a permanent position. The position is legal secretarial which I enjoy but my previous positions before going away were working at senior level for managing partners etc. The firm I'm with have fantastic benefits, beautiful offices and I have two excellent bosses but ..... mm, although when I first returned to England I thought I'd be happy not going back into a stressful and busy PA role, I'm now finding I'm missing it. I'm still on 3 months probation with my firm and have seen a couple of PA roles advertised via a website that I'm really interested in, I just don't know what to do? I do have my probation review in November so I'm wondering whether to hold off until then and speak to HR about the fact that I want to move back into a more senior role and see if they can offer me anything here at my current firm?

Apply for them and who knows what will happen. Things may work out where you are or something better might come along. I say this all the time on DD, put yourself first.
