GE, would it be appropriate to find something reminiscent of your town? I live near Chicago, and once found a wonderful clock made of pewter, in the shape of the Chicago skyline.

Thanks, ladies. I went to the Minnesota store closest to me: closed! Boo hoo. Running out of time, 40 minutes to go, and found a very elegant looking leather journal with funky handmade paper inside, bound by a leather strap in the card store. She travels a lot more than I would ever want to, and she looks forward to going through her collection (eventually, like the rest of us) and organizing some of it in there. Yankee, I hear ya girl; those office supply obsessions are killers to break! What's new; what's improved?!?!
