So far, I have not gotten a call from any of the headhunters I have been working with (3 different agencies). They all claim to be sending my resume in for review on different positions but I keep getting turned down before I even go for an interview.
Can anyone give me some help as to how to better my resume so potential employers will see it and say wow I want to hire this person because they have great skills?
I am curently working as a claims assistant (lower level postion then my previous jobs) but my previous job(s) have been as either an administrative assistant or an executive assistant but in a different state with better money then my current job. Would it be beneficial to me to change my job title on my current job to show that I am an assistant so that my jobs would match and it does not look like I took a cut in pay as well as a cut in my job (like a demotion)?
Any suggestions would be great. Thanks

One of my responsibilities is to review incoming resumes for our open Admin positions. I would also be happy to look at yours if you need another set of eyes, or if you would like a list of the stuff we are looking for when we look at a resume, let me know. I am happy to share.
