Minister as in an MP Minister or a religious one?

If it's an MP, yours sincerely is OK.

If it's a religious one, you should be addressing by title, ie Dear Rev Smith etc

Thanks Jackie!

The person I am writing to is the Cuban Minister for Trade - do you think I can stick to yours sincerely?

THanks again

Yes absolutely - Minister is his title so it's not like a 'Dear Sir' where it should be yours faithfully - i would use yours sincerely
