It is a toss up:-) I manage two Sr Leaders very busy schedules and all that entails with travel, international and domestic, etc. Both commute regularily to HQ in another state and have offices in both locations. Depending on the day I can be putting out fires or preventing them from starting, depending on who is involved:-)
I did get my review last week and scored top of the chart in being proactive and keeping my guys organized:-) made me feel pretty good....:-)
