I worked for a non profit making company that only had clients (companies) who worked in the non profit making and charity sector and the interviews they conducted were exactly the same as any other interview I have been for in either the public or private sector.
I seem to remember that as we were mainly dealing with charities, many with low paid staff, they were keen on your views for this sector and wanted to know that you had an understanding of the type of problems faced and that you knew you weren't coming into a big corporate company such as Shell etc, and the morals, work ethics they had in place reflected this.
Best job I ever had and I wish I was still there.
