I had a couple of interviews last year with charitable organisations before I was offered my current post.  I would have assumed charities came under the public/voluntary sector.

The interviews I attended weren't any different from the norm so it would depend on the type of role you are applying for eg. admin role, finance role or a PA role working 1:1.
