I work for a hire company so get free hires on any of the range. From gardening equipment, carpet cleaners, to mini diggers and cranes (with permission from the boss). It's actually something I use fairly often.
We have a share option scheme, and monthly profit share (which ups my salary nicely).
The downside though is that paid holiday is accrued so you start on 20 days and work up to 25, and the same with sick pay. The first year is all unpaid, then increments of 10 days upto the max.
