I'm getting ready to take a maternity leave over this summer.  Since I've only been in this position a short time, I'm curious to see how they will manage.  I have a great back-up person who will do the necessary things, but I don't have any idea what I will return to.  Hopefully, they will miss me very much!  One likes to know one's position is secure.
