You know what Jess, I wish you all the very best.  I am happy here, I guess I just went through a blip when I least expected it - I have worked worse places but all of them come with cons - nothing is perfect in this unperfect world.  But really every time I ask one director, is there anything else you want me to do, he replies, oh there are lots of things.  I have to stop myself from saying, well then bl***y well give them to me!!
