There's pros and cons to both options, I guess.  I would gladly give up a half-hour of my lunch if I could leave at 4:30 instead of 5:00.  It only takes about 15 minutes to eat, so for me a half-hour would be sufficient.  Unfortunately, we're not given the option, so I'm stuck here until 5:00 every day.
