I don't take "breaks", but when I need to step away from my work I will walk up front to talk to the girls up there and see how they're doing.  I come on here and read the forums, sometimes I'll walk outside a bit (there's a door right next to my desk so I'll hop out there for some fresh air).  I should be more diligent about taking real lunches though, I'm terrible about actually stopping working to take lunch.
