I wear powder and mascara.  Powder because my face is so oily it looks like I'm sweating and mascara because my eyes are so tiny that when I don't wear it, people ask me if I'm not feeling well.  Nothing more demoralizing than putting your all into a project and getting the rush from knowing you kicked butt only to have someone ask if you're sick that day because you don't look too good.
