If you have XP, there is an icon called "Schedules..." that lets you choose which calendars you want to see. Assuming you have full rights to their calendars, you can see everyone's appointment details all at once. It can take a bit to load, since there is a lot of information there, but it's a nice tool. It can be difficult to read, but if you hover over an appointment with the mouse, it will pull it up in the regular size. Clicking on the appointments will open them up, and you can schedule meetings for your entire group.
