re finding out about micromanagement - difficult one - ask about supervision/ induction/who would help you fit into your new responsibilities. Bring in examples when they ask you questions of your use of initiative and not needing to be micromanaged - if they're impressed they hopefully don't micromanage, if they're not perhaps it's not what you want.
