I would imagine you've given some thought to who's going to do the writing, who's going to pay, etc. So you might want to go to the IAAP headquarters site and take a look at some of the chapter newsletters. They each have one and they're all very different and some of them are very good. If you're just looking for samples, that's a good place to start.
