I was about to say, I write my own reviews usually.    but it's true.  I tend to keep pretty good notes, and I'll give my version to my boss a couple weeks before it's due.



In fact, I need to do my six month for the not-a-job that I'm not getting laid off from.  I at least want to have a good idea for myself what I did well and didn't.  *shrug*
