Your husband was right, you ARE "Da Woman"!  Congratulations!!!  It's great to hear that admins are getting appreciated and that it's not all negativity.

And WOW on the project you undertook.  I can well imagine you earned every penny and dime on both the bonus and the raise.  Way to go!!!
