There are many, many websites devoted to nothing but strange, dumb, or wacky laws. In fact that's usually the address - dumblaws.com, strangelaws.com, etc.
It's amazing how many states made it illegal to carry an ice-cream cone in your pocket. It's bad enough to think one person actually did it to cause the law in one state, but more than one? Or to think how many people ACTUALLY must have at one time tied a giraffe, or an elephant, or an alligator to a light pole - or taken a lion to the movies?
