I eat at my desk generally.  We do have a staff room where we can eat and sometimes I eat there and maybe catch up with the lunchtime news on television. 

I invariably bring in a home-made lunc.  We can heat things up in our kitchen, which is a great advantage particularly in cold weather, so don't have to go out to eat.

After lunch, I go for a walk, pay bills, go shopping if I have time and need something.
