My supervisor is leaving the company! She's been there for 15 years and she decided it was time to move on. She found another position that is more challenging, offers greater benefits, and more suited to her goals. In addition, she's talking about finishing her degree. I really can't blame her! Don't know what's going to happen yet - I still don't expect to stay too long with that company myself so it's one day at a time. (I'm still looking for other jobs and am particularly hoping the one at a local college will come through, since I'd like to go back to school myself and that would help.) I'm sure things will be pretty chaotic for awhile--especially since there are a lot of other changes going on as well--new employees, shifting around etc. Should be interesting!

Whew, it certainly seems like a hectic time at your company - hopefully it will be interesting good, and not interesting bad! Sounds like you're being pro-active in finding another job already, and maybe this will be the extra incentive you need to succeed. I hope it all works out for you no matter what happens!
