I think mine is fairly accurate although as I recall before I went for interview, the job spec I got was general and did not detail specific tasks I am carrying out now.  How relevant that is I am not sure, but jobs vary and change no matter how long you have occupied a post and I like that.  It means you are not doing the same tasks all the time and in my current role, I have been given more opportunities every so often which I am pleased about.
