Yes.
One way is to keep these yourself. Individuals obtain their forms from you when they want to book leave, it is signed by their manager or supervisor and then returned to your for filing.
The way we manage this is my new company (over 200 staff), is that we have folders labeled A-Z which sit in an open plan area in front of the HR team for easy access by all staff. Again individuals take their leave form, complete it and have it signed by their manager or supervisor and then return it to the appropriate folder.
This info is reported on each month so it is necessary for the information to be readily available.
