msmariah - I agree with the check off the list.  I have kept my reviews for the last 10 years and although have changed careers during that time, it is nice to go back and review the accomplishments and realize how I have managed to "sharpen my saw" if you will, (enhance the skillset) for those of you not familiar with  Franklin Covey:)
