I'm not aware of an equivalent in the UK, but here goes with the abbreviated list of things I appreciate and am thankful for:
- Being healthy
- Having a supportive family and close friends in difficult times
- My dog - he is adorable but he makes sure I get out everyday for fresh scottish air (and boy is it fresh just now!)
- Enough food and an occasional glass of wine
- Having access to the Internet and a whole world of new friends and experiences through it
- Owning a Pilates reformer
- Not always knowing why something/someone happens in my life until it/they has worked magic (sometimes the most unlikely events/people bring positive changes when I might have not chosen it/them in my life)
- Being able to sign the Charter for Compassion
- Living in a beautiful place ...
