Hi

Has anyone any helpful advise on starting to develop a clerical forum?  We have over 20 clericals in our company who are split into different areas amongst the company.  I would like to propose that the clericals meet once a month.  At the moment we may email the clerical distribution list but apart from that we don't have much contact with each other!  The aim of the forum would be to bring tangible benefits through savings in time, cost and stress from the administrators everyday tasks.

Has anyone got any helpful advise please?

What about a 'lunch n learn'?

Get to know your other admins over a bite to eat without taking time out of your busy day.  It's a double-edged sword and you also get to find out a bit more about what the others do.  

In doing so you could therefore address any areas for improvement.
