actually, in this case I might call in IT, even though they're all running around shouting RED WORM Virus about now.  Why? because the switch maybe symptomatic of other issues.  



Of course, the other option, if you have the discs is to go to settings, and remove the existing printer and then reinstall it, however, IT depending on how you have them trained, :0 may take a dim view of it.
