With gas prices up, have travel arrangements (mainly air) changed at all? Do you plan more, less or the same amount of travel? Is your company cutting back on business trips? How has the fuel situation affected you and your company.

It's not affecting our company quite yet. I can see it happening soon though. We have a fuel account with Shell that offers some discount and certain types of fuel (ie the premium) have been embargoed within the company so people can no longer put the most expensive in their car.
The prices that we charge for fuel have increased in the last week so it's only a matter of time.

The effects are more HR related here. There's a new function on the company intranet for people who want to look for carpooling partners, and there's word going around that departments can introduce flex time at their discretion. (I already do the flex time bit. I shifted my workday 1/2 hour earlier to make my commute a little faster. Half of my drive is on an interstate, and if I can drive 55 mph for the 12 miles instead of slogging along at 15 mph, it saves quite a bit of gas.

Travel for business related reasons has not yet been cut, however, as with didface above, HR related changes are being made. We are considering going to 4-10 hour days here, until arrangements for teleworking can be made. Personally this will be a challenge as I have two young children, hubby's schedule is unpredicatble, and daycare will be an issue. Hopefully I will be able to make it work.

They are offering a $100 gas card per month to those who choose to carpool. One card per carpool per month.
The air travel has gone up. However, it has not deterred travel too much.
I have seen an increase in video conferencing though.

I've often wondered how a 4/10 week would work for me. I just worry that by the time that 10th hour rolls around my brain would be fried and I'd make all kinds of stupid mistakes.
Unfortunately, my job is not very conducive to telecommuting. Too much "hands on" stuff and things that are better dealt with face to face. Besides, my DH works from home as and we'd be getting in each other's way.
