I stick to mostly Admins 4 Admins and Cafe areas. I stay out of software unless I'm actually troubleshooting my own problem, I'm not a VA, and don't belong to any membership groups, and I'm in the US with very little knowlege of the world across the "pond". So, for those groups... I feel I'd have nothing to offer. I occasionally wander into Humor and Topical Climates, but mainly just lurk. And of course I keep check on the Staff area (since I am a Peer Moderator, and have to keep up
