I think a lot of the behaviors and attitudes we're seeing in the workplace now stem from the same place outrageous behavior comes from outside the workplace:  Entitlement Run Amok.

And my patience for it, I must admit, is wearing pretty darn thin.  Angry

Problem is, I don't have an answer for it that will let me stay employed!  Undecided
