We have speed dial on our phones in our office  - central for all phone users in the office.  I don't use it an awful lot though.

In my mobile phone all my own personal/private numbers are stored by name, all company numbers are stored by company initials then name.

Embarrassed to day - My parents moved house about 18 months ago and I still can't remember their new phone number, because is stored in both my mobile and landline phones.
