When I started in my current company, I struggled. I wasn't busy nor being challenged, however it was a job.
Less than a year later I moved departments due to a company re-org and found my feet. I was working in a much busier environment where I was valued and in control. My boss and his team got the support they needed and in return appreciated it.
Now 2 years later I face yet another re-org and uncertainty. That said, I like the company and have made a difference. I love coming to work every day but have no idea what lies ahead.
I hope my new boss/department will meet my expectations and keep me challenged. Sometimes these things are out of our hands but we have to make the most of any situation.
