With the unusual weather we are experiencing this year in the NE US and other areas, just curious if anyone has had their boss stranded in another city and not able to travel for a few days? If so, how did you handle it? What did you do?

Here in NI I didn't have anyone stranded, however I had 3 travellers who went to Washington week beg 15 February. We weren't sure if the flight would depart as there had been a few cancellations the previous week.
January was worse. The week we returned after Christmas I spent most of my time rescheduling travel, arranging refunds for cancelled flights and rebooking new flights. Anyone who travelled was able to get back either via another flight or another airport.

A few of my travelers have been stranded. So the last few weeks, they've started cancelling things and heading out early if there is even a hint of bad weather, so it doesn't happen again.
