Hi
Can anyone suggest a solution to the following. I am a PA for several directors and keep getting telephone survey / sales calls, they will not give me any information and insist on speaking with a particular person, who I know does not want to speak to them as it is a waste of their time. I apprieciate they have a job to do as well, but how I do I get my point across to stop phoning. I have tried asking them to put it into writing etc but again they refuse.
Please help!!

I would just say straight out. I'm sorry, our employees are far too busy to complete surveys on the phone. If you would send it in writing I would be happy to try to get it completed for you, but otherwise, we are unable to assist you. Please remove us from your calling list. Thank you.
