I'm feeling kind of run-down today; tired and I've been having this cramp-like pain and I just can't figure out what's causing it (yeah I went to the doctor; he insists it's stress!) So that has made me feel kind of sluggish today. It's frustrating me because I have been stepping up my exercise program this summer, I have lost some weight but want to keep exercising to maintain & maybe lose a little more and feeling like this just is NOT motivating! Doesn't help me feel motivated at work, either. Oh well--just gotta keep plugging along anyway!
