Dear Santa,
Please may I have a crystal ball for Christmas, one that tells me where people are, all hours of the day and night, one that tells me why they don't answer their phone or why they are not at their desk despite people calling them all morning.
Make it a nice one, with pretty colours, and supply a carry bag and charger so I can take to/from work and make people happy every day!

 I knew you were going to say that! No, in all seriousness, I have a marauders' map for my office! I am surprised you were not issued with one years ago! (mine even has sound as well as images!)
