I work for a freight airline, so in addition to the usual days off, tuition reimbursement, etc., we get to fly for free on the company planes, anywhere in the world.  We do have to keep current in Jumpseat certification (involves taking an open book test and the results are good for 6 months), and since we're moving freight, it involes a lot of unusual hour travel (middle of the night), but it's free.  I haven't taken advantage of it yet, but it's nice to know it's there.
