PESCATORI LAUNCHES AFTERNOON DINING FOR £23
It seems that Londoners are embracing more and more that very Continental trend of eating outside traditional lunch and dinner hours. In the buzzing media hub of Fitzrovia, Pescatori, Italian & Seafood Restaurant at 57 Charlotte Street, London W1, has introduced an all-day menu available from 12 noon to 6.45 pm Monday to Friday, offering freshly cooked dishes, swiftly served, and at a fixed price.
The special lunch, afternoon and pre-theatre menu is £23 per person for three courses, and offers lighter, tasty starters, mains and desserts which change regularly. Oysters Pescatori, Devon crab & avocado and Poached new season asparagus with Parma ham & Piemonte dolcelatte cheese are some of the delicious starters on offer. A favourite main course is the Dorset Blue lobster burger, in a sesame bun with tomato hollandaise, salad and fries, but there is also a light Monkfish and scallop risotto, and for meat aficionados there is a succulent New season Cornish lamb cutlets dish.
With a choice of desserts and a glass of Prosecco, champagne or wine from the well-chosen wine list, this is a great menu to enjoy at any time.
