Breast Cancer Awareness Ideas

If you feel strongly about raising awareness of breast cancer and want to do something about it, here are 5 ideas.

  1. Point friends and family to the Breast Cancer Care site and link them to the leaflet Breast Awareness. They can download it or order it on-line.
  2. Get hold of leaflets to put in your staff canteen or to give to members of staff. You can order these and posters from here.
  3. Find out if there is someone in your area who can go in and give a talk, or a training course on breast cancer. Why not get all the PAs/secretaries together in your company and get an outreach worker to go in one lunch time and give a talk? Call the Helpline (number below) to see if this can be arranged.
  4. Get involved and join in the activities. Why not go trekking in China in 2006, for example, to raise money?
  5. Forward this feature to as many friends as you can think of, and ask them to forward it on as well!
