What type of snacks do you eat at work when waiting for lunch or waiting to go home? Do you go healthy, or unhealthy but tastie! Do you go to the vending machine, nearby store, bring your own?

None!
I eat breakfast, lunch, and dinner - and that's it.
oops - I do have to admit to a small snack before bed - I know, I know - it's not the best thing but now my secret is out in the open

Breakfast, a cereal bar or banana mid morning, lunch and nothing again until tea. I hate eating late at night, not healthy and I like to be starving for my breakfast in the mornings.

For me it's that 3pm snack attack! IF I eat anything, it usually chocolate. There is just something about that 3pm snack attack, and nothing will cure it better than a snickers or milky way bar, and it's not every day, just depends on what I have or haven't had for lunch.

My regular diet is:
Light breakfast at home, fruit as and when tempted (4 - 6 pieces per day), light but healthy(ish)lunch, small bar of dark (70% cocoa plus) chocolate, healthy evening meal when I get home - mostly vegetables.
The only real variation is that colleagues will occasionally bring in home bakes and a piece of cake might replace the chocolate.
I stopped with the less healthy chocolate bars and plain crisps in February this year and it is really paying dividends - I am not even tempted by them anymore!

I only eat mid-morning/mid-afternoon snacks occasionally when I am really hungry and then they consist mainly of fruit. Sometimes I eat cereal bars. Jordans (not sure if available in US) are delicious. I do eat cakes and puddings occasionally, but no more than once a week, if that, and then mostly homemade.
We have a lot of cakes, sweets and chocolates in our offices. It's always somebody's birthday or special celebration. It's hard to resist them!

I am much more hungry in the mornings than in the afternoons. I have breakfast at home usually oatmeal and toast, then eat my lunch by 10:30 or 11:00 am., followed by a few chunks of dark chocolate. Afternoon snacks could be fruit, sunflower seeds, granola bars or yogurt, but I'm much more apt to have a cup of tea or two for my afternoon pick-me-up.

Don't snack at work. Have lost 40 lbs in the past year and half, since I quit snacking at my desk. Have light breakfast, lunch and dinner.

I have a 10:30 and 3:30 snack. I basically graze about every two hours! But I do limit portion sizes and try to keep it healthy fruit yogurt or make my own 100 calorie snack packs from wheat thins or graham crackers. If I'm being really good I make a week's worth of lunch and snacks on Sunday night. Zip lock bowls in half cup sizes, sugar free jello yogurt or cut up fruit. Short cut chicken gets separated out into four serving for lunch and then one day a week out for lunch. Save money from eating out. My building does have a convenience store on the lower level that stocks every candy known to man - I try to stay out of it or limit myself to one visit a week.

I generally try not to eat other than breakfast, lunch and dinner. Once I start grazing, it's very hard for me to stop.
I do keep a can of General Foods International Sugar Free Swiss Mocha coffee drink mix in my desk drawer for the occasional afternoon chocolate/caffeine fix.
