What time do you go to work?  
Usually at my desk for 7.30am.

Is it before, after or about the same time as your boss?
Before.  He gets in about an hour later.

Do you ever get to work early or stay late (when no one is around) and get more work done?
Mmm you don't call 7.30 early?  We start at 8am and work flexi so if necessary we can stay late but I never need to as I manage my time and workload pretty well.
