What is the longest time you have worked for a company? Are most of your jobs long term, or do you tend to move around more then staying put?

Update to my initial reply....
The answer to the second part of your question is no, I don't tend to move around unless I have to eg. when faced with redundancy. Of course it's best to find temporary work in between permanent jobs but that doesn't always happen immediately. I would have preferred not to have ever faced redundancy but didn't have a choice. Although my current post is permanent, I cannot say it's forever, as no job is permanent these days.
