I don't think I've ever managed to negotiate any perks but my current position has the best of any jobs I've ever had ie

free lunches
free parking (& in the city that I work, that's a real bonus!)
way above average & very generous paid leave

In another job I helped to organise conferences etc and if I had to attend those conferences I was usually put up in one of (if not the ...) best rooms. Not because I requested it but the hotel reps would always try & keep the organisers "sweet" for repeat business etc.  One of the best times was the bridal suite & ice-cold champagne awaiting my arrival ...
