I have had myriad perks over the years (in fact, I just wrote an article on this subject that will be published in OfficePro magazine, probably in the Jun/Jul issue).
I have gotten a paid vacation anywhere in the US with my hubby, stock options, flexible time (different start times, Friday afternoons off), vacation accrued early instead of waiting six months, my IAAP dues / convention attendance (including registration and travel expenses) and more.
But the most unusual perk I have gotten was when I negotiated a house cleaning service (when I had a home office). My rationale: if I were in the office, I would have custodial services and you don't want me to be distracted from my important work by a rug that needs vacuuming, do you?
