I have everything on speed dial.  Several of my bosses have multiple offices and work in different states.  Plus they have car phones and black berries with different numbers. (one boss has SIX contact numbers) I started with a cheat sheet, but by the time I find the number dial - ick!  Two clicks on my phone and I'm on a call.  I added common vendors and support numbers, Office Depot, Corporate Office etc.  
Yes, I also have three numbers for my husband in speed dial.  
I was given the iPhone for Christmas and use it's speed dial favorites.
The home phone I have to manually push buttons - which is why I probably never use it!
